Lost & Found
1. If you lost an item on the aircraft or in the gate seating area, please contact the airline’s Lost & Found Department:

2. If you lost an item at the security checkpoint, please call 904-380-4069.
3. If you lost an item in the terminal, please contact the JAA’s Lost & Found Office at (904) 741-2022. Office hours are Monday – Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.

Or send us an e-mail with:

  • your name and contact information, including phone number and address,
  • a detailed description of the missing item(s), including whether the item was in a box, bag or container,
  • the date and approximate location where the item(s) was lost, to lostandfound@jaa.aero.

We will contact you if the item has been turned in to our office.
